Department Employee of the Year
Awarded to one employee from each of four areas (Family Support Services including the Charles Webb Center, Adult Day Services, Residential, and Administration, including Support Services) who has: made specific contributions that have increased the organizational productivity of the department, developed and / or implemented improved work processes, provided exceptional customer service, realized specific and demonstrable cost savings, or made other specific contributions to the success of the department’s programs or the agency’s overall success

Alice Davis Award
Alice worked for DBCC for over 20 years and represented all that is good and gracious at DBCC. After Alice’s death as a way to honor Alice’s life and legacy Dorothy White established the Alice Davis Award. Nominations for this award are made by residential supervisors and the selection is made by Dorothy.
